"Dance is like heaven which ever direction i turn". Dance is been my hobby and now a passion and the dedication to it as a profession. The main idea of this blog is that ill keep writing all about dance as to what are the events happening and where, my experiences and reviews of the shows i attend etc. this will help the people know as to what is happening around them. I choose this topic as im a dancer my self and i would love to write and about dance.

My first ever performance
Back in those days in the year 2007 i still remember as to how i was selected for my first performance from Natyanjali. I was the only one selected from my batch to perform for the republic day in presence of HD Kumaraswamy and TN Chaturvedi. It was a completely new concept and a new platform for me with all the seniors. When i heard this i was so scared thinking i will be out of place.
I spoke to myself "Here my journey begins" and just moved on. the practices began, but it never was like i imagined i was never out of the place even if i was the only junior with the rest being seniors and super seniors. There was no difference everyone was treated equally there was no concept of a senior and junior they were all completely down to earth by treating me as one of them.
The happinessi had seeing this and the way they behaved was just cannot be explained. "the excitement to perfrom was sparkling in my eye" says mom.
On the day of performance i was super excited as it was my debut. That excitement killed all my nervousness and stage fear. That was the day when i forgot wat stage fear and nervousness was.
the show began and also came to an end just in no time. The happiness i had after the performance was totally different than the one before.
From then on i was welcomed to the performing team of Natyanjali and started my journey. I not only performed in Bangalore i started to travel and perform in and around Karnataka.
I am so thankful to my sir Guru Sri Ashok Kumar the artistic director of Natyanjali who has been so supportive and been giving me opportunity to perform
